You must be at least 21 years old to use our services. By using the platform, you affirm that you are of legal age and capacity to enter into a contract.
To use certain features of the platform, you may need to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Owners are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their vehicle listings. Renters are encouraged to thoroughly review vehicle details, terms, and conditions before making a reservation.
Renters may make reservations for available vehicles. Payments, including rental fees and any applicable fees, will be processed through our platform. Owners receive payments after deducting applicable fees.
Cancellation policies for reservations are set by the Owner. Renters are responsible for reviewing and understanding the cancellation policy before making a reservation. Refunds may be subject to certain conditions.
Car rental companies are responsible for obtaining and maintaining adequate insurance coverage for their vehicles and rentals. rent.cars does not provide insurance coverage.
Users must not engage in prohibited activities, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, and unauthorized use of the platform. rent.cars reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in such activities.
rent.cars is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our platform.
rent.cars reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE Dubai.
